DHEA vs. DHEAS (meaning of?)

Hopefully someone can help me with this. My labs came back with a very high DHEA level of over 1200 (normal being around 700) but the DHEAS level was 337 (with 337 being the exact high end of normal). The doctor mentioned adrenal hyperplasia or possibly even a tumor but was not sure about the significance of one being quite high and the other in the normal range. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? The 17-OHP level was normal if ovulation took place. Should I be concerned about a tumor and have additional tests? Thank you!
