I recently started Yasmin on the first day of my period which happened to fall on a Sunday. My regular flow lasted for about a week, but I am still experiencing dark spotting and cramping, it's now almost three weeks after I started my period and the pills. I am halfway into my third week of pills, so I've basically been bleeding for almost 3 weeks. I'm not sure what to do, I'm waiting for a response from my OBGYN. Is this at all normal? Should I still expect a period once I start my placebo pills next week? I dont believe there is any chance of pregnancy, considering I had my normal period upon starting.
