That is the most important thing when it comes down to it. But I'm still not sure why all that can't happen without a hymen. A subsequent post mentioned a hymenectomy. I've never heard of this procedure and I am interested in learning more about it. What are the risks? I am not trying to come to a decision regarding this matter immediately, but I am trying to educate myself so that I may provide an informed choice.
