Constant vulvar pain, uti symptoms...all tests are negative...HELP!From: devastated (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 29 Sep 2003 08:51:56 -0500 (CDT)
Hi, this is my last resort. For the past few months, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: severe irritation of the outside of my vaginal area, inner labia, etc., frequent urination that burns, the feeling that I am leaking very small amounts of urine, watery grey to yellowish discharge, pain and slight bleeding during and after sex, strange order (but not fishy smelling). My GYN says she has no idea what is causing my symptoms. She has tested for all STD's, UTI, yeast, BV.....all of which have come back negative. I do have genital HSV1, but all times I have been to her with symptoms (about 6 times in last 3 months), she did a swab test which came back negative for the herpes being active. PLEASE HELP, I am at my wits end. I can't take these symptoms anymore...it seems as if I will never get relief. Does anyone know of any medical conditions my GYN may be missing?
