Your period flow has nothing to do with the amount of liquids you drink - it has to do with your body's hormones and how thick the lining of your uterus was. That's why when you are on certain hormone birth control methods, you have a lighter period. Actually, drinking liquids can help with bloating and fatigue during your period. You should always drink plenty of liquids all the time!
