No need to worry about being pregnant - as you said, this is impossible if you haven't had sex. It may be related to the weight loss, especially if you lost the weight quickly. How much is a stone by the way? In the US, I only know kilograms and pounds. If it's been about a month since your last period, then why do you say they've stopped? It sounds like you're no more than a few days late. At your age, it's normal for your cycle to be irregular, so it may be because you're still young. Even a perfectly normal, regular cycle can vary by a few days each month with no problem. Also, during times of stress or illness, your cycle could be disrupted, so that's something to watch for as well.
