Theres this rumor that ive been wondering about for a while. It's said that the less liquids you drink, the shorter your period will be. Another version of the rumor states that the more you drink, the heavier your flow will be. Is this true? Cuz everytime i'm on my period, i try not to drink too many liquids. I don't want to put so much effort into something that might not even be true. Please confirm this for me. thanx!
