Talk with your MD about this. There is a "syndrome" for lack of a better word after gallbladder removal that does cause diarrhea. There are medications they can give you that help this problem. I had my gallbladder removed in 1997, and had the same problem, so this is why I am familiar with what you are talking about.

The pain you also mention can be connected with your gallbladder removal, although not always.
