Marchbein, M.D.: "Guidelines for posting to the YOUNG-WOMEN forum" Previous message: Vanessa: "Period Concern" I've been using nuva ring for about 1 year, when i first started at about the 2nd month i came across a blister about the size of a quarter in side my vagina, it was bleeding old blood called my gyno and she told me to stop and start back up again the next month.. i did and it was fine.. i stopped using nuva ring for about 2 months because I wasn't having sex, when i went home to see my bf i started using it again, now its about 1/2 a week before I'm suppost to take it out and i noticed i was bleeding this brown blood and the blister is back, so i took it out last night and this morning i keep bleeding dark old blood and some small clots and now I'm also starting to start my period ... is this just an irritation? Should I be alarmed? now its been 2 weeks and i still have this lump/ blister thing inside me.. im going to call my doctor on monday, but i want an anwser please before then... please help Next message: Harvey S.
