I took Ortho cyclen for a long time and about 5 months ago switched to Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo. I never skip periods however I did not take my placebo pills this past month,. I am about 7 pills into the new pack and I'm having heavy bleeding, a lot like I was having my period, complete with cramps. In two weeks I should be taking my placebo pills, however I'm going home and would like to skip again.
