Ive Been Getting Systs On My Ovaries Since I was 13 y/o.. I got really bad pains in my stomach this past week so i went to my dr and he sent me to get a catscan.. after my results came back my dr said he needed to see me as soon as possible.. i went to my dr and he told me i had a cyst on my right ovary that was 7.5 cm large and it has been bleeding. he sent me to a gynocologist.. and the gyno had me get a sonogram and said the catscan was a little off and my cyst was actually 6.8 cm.. he told me he wanted to do surgury but is holding off considering im only 17 years old.. but while he was talking to me he said somehting abt me having a floating ovary..? does anyone know what that means. ? and he put me on birth control to prevent more from coming and just told me if i got any sharp pains to take me straight tot he hospital.. and id prolly neeed it out.. * anyone have any comments or any help for me.. bc im confused and hurtin'.. * =o/
