I'm 19 and have been getting my preiod every 2 weeks rather than every month (like I normally would've) for the last 2-3 months. From what Ive been reading, its b/c "not ovulating", whatever that means, and I will most likely have to take birth control pills. For how long will I have to take these pills so my periods becaome regular again? and how can I avoid weight gain, I hear ppl who take birth control pills for the first time gain weight.
