help!From: anonoymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 13 Sep 2003 18:01:13 -0500 (CDT)
I just recently quit taking orthi-tri-cylcen due to the severe depression it was causing...Thursday September 4 to be exact. I was in mid-cycle of the pill on day 13 when I stopped so in turn I started my period Sunday September 7. I started feeling better (depression subsided) when I quit the pills, but now it seems to be coming back... I feel just about the same as I did while I was on the pills...Is this normal since the pills have to get out of my system??? It's really scaring me and I just want to be back to my old self again!!! Any ideas on how long this could take to get completly out of my system and it normal to still feel this way? FYI: This was the first time I ever took birth control and I took it for about 1 month and a half until I quit. Your help and responses would be very appreciated! Thanks!
