Both prednisone and cortisone can affect mensruation- this is likely found on the information the pharmacy supplies when you buy the medicine. Call your pharmacist if you don't have the information. Not a doctor, but I would think that if she's off the medication now, things will go back to normal soon. If, not see a gynecologist. And tell her not to be so anxiuos and frustrated- this can throw cycles off too.
