I would get a a test like EPT or First Response. If the test is negative, I would give it a week and if you still have not gotten your period, I would take another one. Something like stress can cause your period to be late. When I was your age that happened to me often. As for the bleeding, it may just be the very start of your period, but I don't think that indicates that you are pregnant.
