The past few cycles I've been getting nipple discharge starting around day 4 or 5 of the placebos and it doesn't go away until I'm back on the active pills. The discharge appears spontaneously, is bilateral, and looks clear (but usually leaves a slightly yellow stain inside my bra). There's enough to leave spots that are visible on my clothing. I know that OC's can cause nipple discharge, but I haven't had this before on the pill and a lot of sources say that you should have any nipple discharge evaulated. I'm wondering how urgent this evaluation should be; is it okay if I wait to tell my gyn at my annual in December?
