Thankyou for your help in advanced! Being scared and stressed can cause you to miss your cycles, as can pregnancy. Also, thyroid disorders and other endocrine problems. I agree with your doctor. If not cycles, you should get another exam. You really should use a condom each and every time you have sex, and use something else that is better than a condom to prevent pregnancy. Remember, all birth contol methods fail, so be prepared for a pregnancy if you continue to have intercourse. If you are not ready for pregnancy, than perhaps intercourse is not the activity you should be engaged in.
