Just to clarify some points.

You can get pregnant on your first time. The length of time you have sex is irrelevant. 1 minute or 30 minutes you can still get pregnant. You can get pregnant having sex in the pool. Stress affects your menstural cycle.

If you have your period....however many days....then you are not pregnant. If you really are unconvinced, then do a pregnancy test, they only take a couple of minutes and it will save you from a lot of worry and stress. :)
