I don't know what else it could be besides cum if nothing turns up in a pap smear. I wouldn't worry about it then. I remember thinking that I was pregnant before and made myself have stomach pains and feels kinda off, just from worry. It could be that, if you are worry a lot. Also, if you don't want to get pregnant (next time) take birth control or the morning after pill and/or use a condom. I don't really know much else..hopefully something will help.
