I was wondering if there is anything abnormal about this, or if I could just plain be having pimples on my thighs? There is no burning, itching, or anything like that involved. They truly just look like regular ol' pimples to me, but the placement of them is what has me a bit worried and wanting to ask. Thank you for your time.
