Both are possible - ur nerves and the pill probably messede up your cycle. Remember, the morning afte rpill is a concotion of hormones not just a magical pill that makes things normal again without consequences. It's quite plausible that after feeding your body so many hormones that it's not used to that your cycle might be out of whack. So don't worry about it and if your period isn't back to normal after a month or two call ur doc. I would consider going on the pill tho....just so u don't have to worry about this crap. It'll make your life a whole lot easier. Best wishes,
