Probably just vaginal dryness - sometimes if the sex is goign on for a long time or if you stop and start again your natural lubrication will dry up and it will be hard to get it in - thus, it will feel tight. Having sex when you're not adequately lubricated causes discomfort and swelling. Perhaps try getting a lube like KY liquid or somehting like that. Take care.
