Any Idea's?From: Amanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 26 Aug 2003 04:02:57 -0500 (CDT)
I am 22 years old and for the last eleven years my periods have been regular. The last two have been strange though. The one two months ago came a week early and was pretty short, the one the following month came two weeks late and was very short and light. I have been very nauseated for the last one and a half months-for the first three weeeks there was also vomiting but now just seems to be nausea. Also had severe breast soreness for about two weeks then that went away completely. The doctors(my doctor is away) that I have been seeing have had 3 pregnancy tests-one urine, two blood- and various blood work done and everything is coming back negative. I am scheduled to have a pelvic and abdominal ultrasound done because the one doctor thinks it might be ovarian cysts. Could it be ovarian cysts (i have had no pain in my abdomen just a slight ache in the lower right side that only lasted for about a day or two and i have already had my appendix out) or any thoughts on what else could be causing this? Thank you.
