Don't be too concerned about it. A lot of anti-choice people will tell you that it is painful and dangerous and makes you infertile, just to scare you out of having the procedure done. It's all just propaganda used to scare people. It might be better to call your doctor with these questions. They'll be able to give you reassurance.
