concerns for abnormal pap

a few weeks ago i went to the gyn for my first visit... pretty bad considering i'm 19... anywayz... my reason for going was that i had been having VERY painful periods where the cramps shot through my back, and the blood was brown... i've been having periods since i was 11, and they've NEVER been ike this... when i got the results, i was told i'd had an abnormal pap, that i had a mole on my cervix, and i was pretty sure she said dysplasia... she told me i had nothing to worry a/b, it was very normal, and i'd get another pap in four months to see if there were any changes... my problem is this... the doctor and i had talked a/b my sexual acitivity- which is quite a bit... she knew i was in a very serious relationship... i started researching what i thought she said i had, and HPV pops up with it everytime... she said nothing a/b that... she didn't say i should stop having sex or that i could have an std, which, if i do, i have definetly passed it on to my boyfriend by now... does this mole mean i have hpv? and if so, what should i expect to see with my boyfriend? can this get passed on to our children? please help me... i'm pretyt worried a/b this...
