2nd time posting this: torn urethral opening?

i am a 20 year old virgin, and just recently noticed that around my urethral opening it's torn in about 3 places. none of the skin is missing, it's just coming together in the center kind of like flower petals that haven't opened yet. i think i accidentally did this with a vibrator, or either when i first started using tampons, because both experiences were rather painful, and those are the only times i remember experiencing significant pain down there. those incidences were quite a while ago, but i just noticed the tearing recently. i don't usually look very closely down there, but i have a pelvic exam scheduled for monday and thought i'd take a closer look before then. my question is, how serious is this problem? is this something that needs to be corrected, or can i just let it go? the edges of the tears have totally healed over, so there are no raw edges, and i have had no discomfort when urinating. i just wonder if this will present problems during future pelvic exams as far as inserting the speculum and when i do start having sex, and possibly causing further tearing down there or other complications. does this need to be corrected, and if so, how would it be corrected? thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
