With the history you described below I think you need to see the doctor and the sooner the better. I know it's awkward and maybe even a little scary but it's necessary to preserve your health now and for the future.

It's not unusual to have period irregularities in your early periods, some will be later or sooner, heavier or lighter but for most girls it will all come around to some sort of predictable pattern eventually but you need to make sure there is not a physical, medical reason causing this that needs to be fixed or treated.
