Breakthru bleeding is normal for about the first 3 months that you are on BC. Your body just takes a little time adjusting to the change in estrogen levels. It should straighten itself out. I am not a doctor but I have experienced it myself along with countless other women. If it still occurs after the 3 months then talk to your doctor to see if you need a different pill. Sometimes its just a matter of trial and error to find the one thats right for you, I've tried 4 different types in the last 4 years.
