Mony,

You need to talk to your mom, chances are that at her age she has at some time in her life had an experience almost exactly like what you are having now and knows just what to do about it. She was 15 too once.

Also, you need to take a look at your wardrobe. The low-rise tight pants that the teen girls are so fond of wearing these days can be the cause of your problems. You cannot restrict airflow to warm moist areas and not have the natural flora get out of control. Before you know it you have a ful out yeast infection and if not treated will only get worse.

So, loosen up - wear lighter weight fabric and looser fitting clothes. Sleep without underwear, wear cotton panties, especially in hot weather, (not silk, not nylon, not thongs) white is best if your skin is sensitive, decrease the sugar and white flour in your diet and talk to your mom. Oh yeah, no perfumed sprays or powders on your delicate feminine areas! Use mild soap and rinse well.

Good luck!!
