PART 2" hi, i am a 20 year old virgin. about a year ago i was experimenting with a vibrator and after some considerable although not intolerable pain, got it inserted into my vagina. i assumed the pain was from breaking my hymen. well, over the last couple of months i have taken a closer look at my vagina and noticed that around my urethral opening the skin almost has the same look to it as my hymen. the opening to both my urethra and vagina look like they have tags of skin around them that meet in the middle, almost like flower petals that haven't opened yet. is this normal or could this be an injury caused by forcing the vibrator into my vagina too hard and damaging my urethra in the process? whenever i urinate i don't experience any pain or discomfort, it just looks strange, and not how i remember. maybe i'm imagining it because i never payed close attention down there before, but it has me worried. if this is a problem, is this something that needs to be fixed? i'm going to schedule my first pelvic exam this fall, but i'm so embarrassed about this! could you give me a little insight before the appointment, please? thank you so much for your time.
