Since HPV is a virus that lives in your body and cannot be "cured" you will always carry the virus and so will your fiance. Therefore, there is no concern with being re-infected since you both still have HPV in your body anyway. Your body can, however, learn to become immune to the virus which means you may never show any symptoms again. If you're lucky, you'll never have any more abnormal paps. If either of you show symptoms again, those should be treated but the virus itself stays with you forever. I hope this info helps some!
