I am 17 years old and not sexually active. I have also never seen a gynocologist. I started my period about 4-5 years ago and have had a rather normal cycle throughout those years. My period normally lasts for a week and I start around the same time each month. This month has been different and i'm a little worried. I started my period on time, but I have had it for about 2 weeks and it still hasn't stopped. The first week and a half were very mild and the blood was very dark/pasty. I also got blood clots, except the clots were small and sort of hard. After about the first week and a half, I started bleeding like I normally do. I have been told that this could be because I started excerising more regularly. Should I be concerned and why could this be happening?
