Hi. As another person said, you may have endometriosis. Have you tried any type of BC pill? If those did not work for you, and you still have heavy periods then there are procedures having to do with burning or sloughing away of ure lining (sorry if that sounds bad!) if you have a very large build up of endometrial lining. Are you overweight? Because that could be worsening this problem because estrogen is made in the fat and that is what helps the lining grow. But you HAVE to get your gyno to find out what is wrong..some doctors dont care and i know it's hard to stand up to them but i think you should get ureself tested and do some research on this. It ISNT normal and i hope u get some help so u dont have to live w/ such a horrible cycle. Good luck.
