REPOST: Blue Veins in Breasts......NOT pregnant

Hi! i ve been off ortho tricyclen for two months now. In the past month i have been developing blue veins in my breast that are clearly visible. I am also retaining water. I am not pregnant because i just had a period in the beginning of the month and i had these veins then too. I took 6 pregnancy tests in the beginning of the month and one last week. Why do i have these veins and why am i retaining water?

Note: nothing else is wrong with my breasts....no pain, lumps or bumps. PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION!thanks!
