It's horrible that you have to think that your mother will be mad at you for getting a yeast infection, and I'm suprised that the doctor didn't see the white patches on your lips and throat when he examined you. I had a yeast infection when I was 11 that I didn't treat for two years. That was the most painful two years of my life. My mother freaked out when she found out (she found the monistat box) and called me some names that I didn't deserve to be called. She didn't understand that you don't get yeast infections from sex. I also had one when I was about 6 that went away by itself.

I'm not sure if a blood test can diagnose yeast, usually they take a culture for it. If they weren't testing for it they probably wouldn't see it anyway. This is something that you need to take care of. If you don't feel comfortable going to that doctor than go to a different doctor. Try Planned Parenthood or a local clinic. You need treatment for this. Left untreated, it can cause serious complications. It's already spread to you mouth. I'm not trying to scare you but yeast infections can spread to your entire body, making you very sick. See if you can get a perscription for diflucan. I wouldn't try to use an over the counter treatment, because you have the yeast in your mouth too. You and your mother have some seroius issues if you can't tell her about your problem, but don't put your own health at risk because you don't want your mother to find out.
