Not a doc..but did they run tests to check your hormones? And if so did they explain the results? If you took birth control pills they would give you regular periods, so that would make your cycles "normal". They wouldnt, however, help the fact that you seem to be ovulating very infreqently....because birth control pills supress ovulation. Once again not a doc just thought I would offer my opinion. I wish you all the best, hope this next doc can helps!
