I was sliced and diced can I get pregnant now?

I had a laproscopic surgery last week to see why I was having so much pain during sex with my husband. Since we are trying to conceive and I had a history of clamydia and irregular periods my doctor decided surgery was the best option. When they went in all of my female organs were covered with pelvic adhesions ( my doctor said it looked like a spider web.) Thankfully none of my organs were damamged all they had to do was cut them free. They tested my tubes with a blue liquid that acts like semen and it all worked like it was supped to . They also put a jelly substance on my organs to try to prevent more adhesions. My question is since my organs are alright and if the jelly prevents more adhesions what are my chances of getting pregnant now? Also I have a slight hormonal imbalance what are the chances that was caused by the adhesions or will they still have to put me on meds to operate?

Thank You For Any Help- Merrilee
