Hi there, I'm 19 years old and am very small, 4ft 7in, and 97 pounds. I have never been able to use tampons. I can get it in ok, but it then hurts as I go about my day to day. Then I was having some problems and went to the gyn. The speculum hurt so bad but she said it was because I was tense because it was my first exam. She then did a vaginal ultrasound which hurt like nothing I have ever felt. All I can say is OUCH, and I even have a high tolerance for pain because I have had a kidney transplant and numerous other not so fun procedures. Oh, I am a virgin. My question is, is it possible to be too small for all of these things or is it most likely becuase I'm a virgin? Any respones would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ~Ashley
