I had protected intercourse on May 30th. I got my period on June 11th. I just switched brands of Birth control and I began orthotricyclen on May 18.Before begining ortho on the 18th i was on Yasmin for two months and I had stopped taking it for 3-4 weeks, so birth control is still very new to me.When I began my pills on the 18th I am positive that I was not pregnant( I have irregular periods and I started my birth control pills on a random day, with permission from my doctor, because my cycle is very sporadic.)I got my period on time, but I'm paranoid that I am pregnant because I feel bloated, my stomach looks bigger, my breast feel larger,I've been having headaches and I've been tired. Should I be worried about being pregnant or is this just a symptom of the hormones that Birth Control produces? I know it is said that birth control tircks your body into believing that you are pregnant, do you get some of the early pregnancy symptoms when you begin birth control? How can yo tell the difference between birth control symptoms and pregnancy symptoms?
