i'm taking orthotricylne, just finished my first pack (that i have taken correctly). and my period has gone crazy on me this month. just as a note, before i started taking it, my period was very normal, every 28-30 days and lasted 5-6 days. this month, 2 weeks in to my cycle, i started spotting, nothing big, but after going to the bathroom,there would be a a little bit of blood (just pinkish). and this continued through the week up until 8 days later when i started bleeding and there were some blood clots to go with it. and that left me with only about a 21 day cycle (because i don't know when exactly my period started) i know it's normal to have lighter cycles and not many cramps. but what i'm curious about is if the spotting was in any way normal (maybe because i've just started the pill) have any other women gone thru the same thing? should i wait till my next pack and see if the same thing happens?
