cloudy urine with an odor

Every time that I go to bathroom for about a month and a half now, my urine is cloudy, and has a very pungent odor. I drink a lot during the day, so i dont think that it would be dehydration that is causing it. I am not sexually active or on any pills, or doing anything irregular to cause this. I thought it might be a UTI, but after reading about them, I realised that i only have pain in the last few seconds of urinating, and its right at the very end where the urine comes out, not in my bladder. I don't know if this is a problem, or just something that happens to everyone. I'd really like to know what it is though, its getting annoying, and emarrasing. Please help. Thank you in advance.
