Hi, I had the same problem. Every time I had sex I had a horrible stinging feeling coming from one specific spot at the entrance to my vagina. Later the spot started hurting even when I wasn't having sex. I tried to find a sore or a bump or something with a mirror but all I saw was a little hole. I went to three different doctors and only the last one I went to figured out that I had an infection in my bartholin's gland duct, due to an improperly treated yeast infection. The hole was the inflamed duct opening. I took a couple doses of diflucan and it went away.
