Which antibiotic did you take? Most of them don't interfere; there are only a few that are suspected to cause trouble. And changing pills can cause changes in your cycle, if they are actually different doses.

Missing pills is risky, and pregnancy is possible. If it's been less than a week since the missed pills, emergency contraception (the morning after pill) is an option. It's best to take it within 3 days, but even up to 5 or 7 days later it still has a good chance of working, according to some studies. Also, you can get a copper IUD inserted within the same time period. It can act the same way to prevent pregnancy.

CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR CLINIC ASAP and ask about emergency contraception or IUD. You should probably also take a home pregnancy test, just in case conception occurred at the beginning of the month. Be careful about those herbs - they don't have to be FDA-approved or tested, so you never know what's really in them. Get the real morning after pill if that's what you're trying to do. OR you may be able to use your regular birth control pills as emergency contraceptive, depending on the brand. Here's how to do it:
