So you won't have to go searching, i copied and pasted my response to a imilar question. I tell this to eveyrone who has this problem. It's probably a reaction to the natural yeast balance in your body - u may not have a yeast infection but you stll have yeast in your vagina because it's there naturally and because of your previous inections you are sensitive to it. It can also be worse before and after your period. You should try to use pads near the end of your period to let yourself cleanse better (tampons hold old blood and bacteria in your vagina whereas pads let it all flow out - altho u need to change them often to keep bacteria from multiplying). You should take acidophilus every day. It's a capsul that needs to be refridgerated and it's got the same ingredient as yogurt - good bacteria that you need to fight yeast. if you take it every day it will help lower the yeast balance in your body and keep away bad bacteria that may be causing your symptoms. I find that it really helps. You can find it at a health food store or maybe at walgreens or something. Best wishes, and if you have any further quesitons feel free to email me. I've been through it too. take care. >
