Spermicidal lubricants are evil...they can cause burning and irritation and yeasti nfections, especailly in people on the pill. I would definately stop using those. If it feels the exact same as before then it's prob not a UTI...a UTI will not burn in the vagiinal area so much, but more so in the bladder area. It could also be not having sex for that long but i'm not so sure about that. Drink lots and lots of water, use a mild soap (or no soap at all for one day...just water) and maybe drink unsweetened cranberry juice. Good luck.
