The risk is blood clots, heart attacks and cancer along with the other risks that smoking poses. I have a friend who just died the other day of a sudden heart attack - totally healthy before. It has been tragic. I would hate to see this happen when you have been given significant warning. Smoking on the pill is dangerous as is smoking in itself. I would quit smoking, there's nothing good that comes out of it and it's unatractive!
