Not sure when Seasonale will be released, but many people use their regular birth control pills to get the same benefits by skipping the placebos for three or four months at a time, then having a period maybe four times a year. You have to buy more pill packs this way though, so your doctor has to write a prescription for a few more packs or give you extra samples. If you want to try this before Seasonale is out, make an appointment to talk to your doctor.
