I forgot one thing...sorry. It is okay to skip your period every once in a while, but this is very controvertial. Many doctors recommend that you only skip it once ever few months if you have a vacaiton or whatever, many say that we shouldn't be greedy and mess with mothernature...it's natural to have a period every month. Others say that it's okay to skip your period for upto 3 months in a row. Personally, i think having a period is the right thing to do in order for your body to cleanse itself...i only skip if i have to for instance if i am on vacation or wahtever. Other people, on the other hand, often skip their periods because they are painful...some of these women have endometriosis, and skipping periods is helpful for them. But whatever you chose to do i wouldn't recommend skipping your period for more than 3 months. Especially if you are just trying it.
