BC Pills (for a doc or nurse please)

I have been on Alesse-28 for three years. I have always taken the pill at 4pm. However, I have started summer classes and I need to take the pill earlier at 3pm. So,when I started a new pill pack this past Sunday I began taking the pill everyday at 3pm. My question is: Has the effectiveness of my pill decreased as result of this time change? I looked for the answer in the archives but couldn't find it. Thanks in advance.
