Allergic Reaction, Infection under Clitoral Hood??

I have a kind of complicated situation. I recently got a vibrator (I don't know what material it is) and may have overused it somewhat in experimentation. A few days later, I developed redness and itching, so I used topical lubricant to soothe it. Now I'm finding tiny clumps of thick white substance with a slight odor all around my labia and under my clitoral hood. I've tried to figure out if it's because of my toilet paper, but I don't think so. I also examined myself to see if it was vaginal discharge, but the area around my vagina seems to be the most clean and the discharge from there seems normal, though my inner walls are sore and inflamed. I think maybe I have an allergic reaction to the material of the vibrator (my mother has an allergic reaction to latex which keeps her from using condoms, but I've never had problems with them. I think the vibrator may be latex, or some sort of plastic, it says nowhere on the packaging or any websites I could find.), and the lubricant caused a bacterial infection in my clitoral hood, but I'm not sure. I'm still itching, but only around my clitoris. Is there a bigger problem here that I should be worried about? How would I go about treating an infection under my clitoral hood?

Thanks
